Global Keratin's hair professional Carlos Di Carlos applies the Global Keratin Hair Treatment to Donna whose hair is frizzy and rough. Since Donna has few gray hairs the coloring is done prior to Keratin treatment to cover the gray hair. Global Keratin Hair Treatment works best on chemically treated hair since the hair cuticles will be open and will easily absorb the Keratin. Carlos applies the treatment on Donna's hair giving out step-by-step instructions on the application process. Very methodically he completes the application process and Donna simply cant take her hands off of her unbelievably transformed silky, straight and lustrous hair.

Global Keratin Treatment on our model Sage(In Spanish)

This video shows the Global Keratin treatment on Sage. Sage has wavy hair, which is not very frizzy, but could be made more manageable. Carlos Di Carlos explains the procedure in detail. First you wash the hair with the clarifying shampoo. He explains that you don't need to rub the scalp and irritate it. Just rub it in smoothly. After shampooing, leave the hair damp and section. Start from the back of the head and apply the keratin with quarter inch sections. You only need to use about an ounce of the keratin(Depending on the hair length). Once you've applied it to all of the head, place a plastic cap over the hair for about 20 to 30 minutes and let the heat from the head seal in the keratin. After time is up, take the plastic cap off and begin blow drying on low heat. Use a round brush to dry and keep the dryer from touching the hair. After the hair is dried, section the hair again and start flat ironing. Raise the flat iron to 450degrees. The flat iron seals the keratin into the hair fibers. After the hair is straightened, cut off all loose ends of the hair that might have residue from the keratin. Style and enjoy.

On August 23rd and 24th, 2009, Global Keratin exhibited at the International Beauty and Barber Show (IBBS) in Miami, FL at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The day was filled with many exciting events. The head liner of the show was our Global Keratin Hair Professionals presenting live demonstrations of our Global Keratin application. There were about 20 models per day with all hair types receiving this amazing hair transformation in the company of a live audience. You had an opportunity to experience the process and results for yourself. Our stylists thoroughly applied the product on the models, displaying how frizzy, unruly hair can be wonderfully restored to soft, silky hair. They eagerly answered numerous uncertainties related to the treatment and gave informative tips on hair care and maintenance. All Global Keratin Hair products were displayed and demonstrated at the show.

To help other hair professionals master the application process of Global Keratin Hair Treatment, live classes were publicly given at the venue by experts. Hair stylists were carefully taught the best techniques of using the product receiving the finest knowledge in order to achieve the greatest results. At the end of the class, everyone was awarded with a Global Keratin certificate.
