GlobalKeratin.com is proud to offer FedEx, DHL and UPS delivery service for all orders. International shipment will be delivered with DHL.

Signature Requirement

For your protection, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If a signature is required and you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx or UPS door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

We are proud to offer both 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at no additional charge.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

We do not deliver to P.O. Box.

Order Processing Time

Packages are prepared in the order they are received on the website. Orders will not be shipped out if a phone number and an e-mail is not provided. Be sure to provide a correct phone number and an e-mail address that you check regularly. For international shipments, we are not responsible for any duty taxes. Orders received before 12PM EST weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping. We are not responsible for your shipping method, customers have the option to choose their shipping carrier: Fedex, UPS and DHL International.

Order Tracking

When completing your purchase you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. You can view the status of your order by going to the website of your chosen carrier and type in your tracking number.

Weekend & Holiday Deliveries

If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, your shipment will be processed on the next business day.

Multiple Attempts to Deliver Your Package

If the carrier cannot deliver your order after 3 attempts, the package is delivered back to us. If you choose to have you package shipped to you again, shipping charges will be applied.

If You Receive the Wrong Item

If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via the Customer Support and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.

Damaged in Shipping

If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the Customer Support and we will gladly send you a replacement. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange / Return policy.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase with Global Keratin, return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange. The following conditions

Customers can return the product within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund if product is not used. For electronics with manufacture defects within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.

SHIPPING FEES. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.

Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price and all items must be in their original packaging. Products must be shipped back to GLOBAL KERATIN CORP at the customers' expense.

All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
